For beginners, follow this steps

	Unzip to C:\ directory
	Click tc.exe
	You may get error message, just ignore and enter to tc window
	Go to options => directories
	Click on out put directory
	Type c:\tc
	Click on save options.
	Click Yes

That's it. If still get error message while compiling than contact any person who knows about how to configure for C.
